Gim
Marie.
Korean name : Gim Marie[gim mari], 김말이.
Ingredients : 4~5 sheets of dried seaweed, glass
noodles(1.76oz/50g), Onion(0.35oz/10g),
carrot(0.35oz/10g), green
onion(0.35oz/10g), soy sauce(2 tablespoons),
sugar(1/2 tablespoon), pepper(1
teaspoon), minced garlic(1 teaspoon),
wheat flour(1 cup), water(1 cup), several
ice cube
※If you have leftover Japchae, it’s very good to use it instead
of the vegetables and glass noodles mentioned above.
How to cook

to serve
1. As
a finger food : With
dipping sauce(sweat & sour chili sauce or ketchup) in party.
2. As
a wonderful dish : Boil Korean spicy chicken sauce in a pan and when starts
bubbling, put the fritter into it over a low heat. 30secs are enough to boil down.
3. With Tteokbokki
