09. Hotteok - Korean Sweet Pancake


The dough for Hotteok has to be prepped and fermented for a half day. But today we can take advantage of a full package(mix & filling) which does not need waiting time to ferment. Recipe here is based on the ready pack.

If you have leftover Japchae(Recipe here), use it instead of sugar filling. It is good like spring roll.

We can enjoy varying the filling and topping.
