Korean name : Tteokbokki[ttəkbokki]. 떡볶이.
"Teok" means "rice cake" and "bokki" means stir-fried dish.
If we use ramen noodles Instead of Teok, we call that dish "Rabokki."
In case you have difficulty with finding Teok, you can make and enjoy
"Rabokki".

Cut cabbage(0.22 lbs/100g) / Julienned carrot(0.22 lbs/100g) /
Green onion(0.11 lbs/50g)
*Base stock : Dried anchovy(10pcs/ 0.3 lbs) / Dried Kelp(2pcs/ 0.1 lbs) /
water(22 oz/650ml) / green onion(0.1 lbs/50g)
*Condiments : Each 2 tablespoons of Korean red chili pepper paste,
Korean red chili pepper powder, and Rice syrup.
Sugar(1/2 tablespoon) / Sesame seeds(1 pinch)
How to cook
1. Prep the base stock. You can use just water instead of the stock.
