04. Kimchi Fried Rice


Korean name : KIMCHI BOKKEUMBAP

Serves : 2

Ingredient
-Chopped Kimchi(0.22lbs/100g)
-Kimchi juice(0.04lbs/20g)
-Chopped onion(0.06lbs/30g)
-Chopped green onion(0.04lbs/20g)
-Steam-cooked rice(0.46lbs/210g)
-Tuna or sausage or bacon(0.1lbs/50g)
-Vegetable oil(1 T/S)

How to cook
1. Add vegetable oil on heated frying pan and stir-fry onion and green onion first for 30secs.
2. Add Kimchi, half of prepared Kimchi juice & tuna and keep stirring for 1 min.
3. Add rice & the rest of the Kimchi juice and keep stirring for about 1 min 
     until all ingredients are mixed with rice well.
4. Serve the fried rice on a plate and lay an egg sunny-side up & some strips of 
     toasted Gim.
Tip) 1. Adding Margarine(1 T/S) to vegetable oil will double up the flavor and fragrance.
      2. Try 3 different flavors substituting the sausage or bacon for tuna.
