Korean name : KIMCHI JEON [gimchi dƷʌn]
First of all, to cook most of dishes using Kimchi, you have to use well fermented Kimchi which has sour flavor and Kimchi juice too. Kimchi juice comes from Kimchi during the fermentation. Therefore you don’t need to buy a separate Kimchi juice.

Serves : 2
Ingredient : wheat flour(0.18 lbs/80g), chopped Kimchi(0.33 lbs/150g), chopped onion,
tuna(50g), water(3.4 oz/100ml), (Option : red pepper powder(1 TS))
How to cook
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
2. Grease a coated pan with 2 spoons of
vegetable oil
3. Put a scoop of the mixture on the pan and spread it
even over medium heat.
4. Cook both
sides to get crispy and light brown.
You can make the normal pancake size or a big plate
size. Latter is more Korean style.
